When to Travel
In terms of weather, the best time to travel is between October and April, although any time of year is ok. The Christmas and New Year's holidays are a great time to be there but the best hotels are often booked early. Some hotels have good discounts during the summer months from May to September.
Citizens of the United States and Canada do not need a visa to enter Thailand for stays of up to 30 days.
