Discounted Rates on Published Tour Itineraries
We offer a 10% travel agency discount on any itinerary with a published price on our web site. Your client pays you the published rate. You pay us the discounted rate--which means no waiting for commissions!
Net Rates on Custom Itineraries
When your client wants a custom itinerary, we’ll consult with you to create an itinerary, select hotels, and then give you a net price. You add your markup and charge the total to your clients. Again, your client pays you. You pay us. No waiting for commissions.

Payment Policies for Agents
We believe in helping the agent maintain the relationship with their client and that means that we ask you to collect payment from your client. Our contract is with you, the agent, and we ask for payment by agency check after your client pays you. A deposit of $500 is required to initiate a booking, with final payment being due 75 days prior to departure. Other policies may apply for group tours with fixed departures.
Policies on Custom Itineraries
We all know that developing custom itineraries is a time consuming process. Generally, we will not charge fees for developing custom itineraries for your clients. However, for particularly complex itineraries or time-consuming clients, we reserve the right to collect itinerary development fees at any point during the process.
